Please note: If your child has asthma, diabetes, seizures, or other medical conditions requiring treatment at school, please contact the school nurse prior to the school year to establish an individual health plan.
School Donations: West Lafayette Elementary School will accept donations of shelf-stable nut-free snacks, new or gently used clothing sizes 5-14/16, and new or gently used closed-toe shoes sizes 10 and up.
Medications: All medications must be delivered to the school by a parent or guardian
